RAM Question

I'm picking up a MSI Motherboard at newegg. Now the newegg specs say that the "Memory Standard" is "DDR2 1066" My question is, do I have to get DDR2 1066 RAM or can this motherboard run DDR2 800? Here is the link

Thanks
