Random problems only with all 4 sticks of RAM

Hey everyone I have had a ton of problems with my PC locking up and making a loud static noise through my spearkers, getting blue screens that say MEMORY_MANAGEMENT, and random services crashing. The first issue seems to happen randomly no matter how much RAM there is and may not be related, but the blue screens and random services crashing only occur while I have all 4 sticks of my RAM in. They never happen when there is 3 sticks in. I have run Memtest on all of the sticks individually and in a group of 3 and they don't have errors but when I test all 4 of them together they do. I have tried a new power supply and that wasn't the issue. I have also tested different timings on the RAM and that didn't help either. I am now in the process of reinstalling windows. Any suggestions?

OS: Vista Business 32-bit
CPU: 2.6GHz P4
GPU: nVidia 7600 GS
RAM: 4x 512MB Apacer PC3200 DDR
MB: Microstar MS-6728
Power Supply: 550W BFG

thanks

Re: Random problems only with all 4 sticks of RAM

Ok I reinstalled Vista and still get the blue screens so I guess my question basically is why does my ram which are all exactly the same type and all pass memtest individually and in a group of three work fine but as a group of four they have a ton of errors?

Do you have the latest bios for your motherboard?
