PC boots but imediately shuts off??.. HELP!!

I recently built my first machine about four weeks ago. The thing ran stellar it never locked up, hung, or anything. I just got back from vacation and started my pc up. It would boot then imediately shut off. So I first removed the memory and tried that. I removed the first mem stick and it didnt turn on so I removed the second, and that still didnt work. So I took them both out and the computer booted fine w/o memory but now I cannot see anything on the screen. I cant get into the bios to see whats up. My monitor keeps going into powersave mode like the computer is off. I removed my graphics card and plugged my monitor into the d-sub port on my mobo. I still cant see anything. Could two memory modules go bad at the same time or is my motherboard going bad? If not, what then?? All the status lights on my motherboard tell me that everything is fine and there are no beeps on start-up. I am really stumped I do not know what to do. The only thing oced on my computer is my CPU but my cpu is designed to be overclocked and I have excellent cooling. My computer was unplugged from the wall while on vacation so no kind of power spike or surge could of fried it. I do now know much about memory voltage but could I have bought the wrong memory and fried them? My memory is 1.8 volts but I cant find anwhere on my motherboards of psus manual that states what the memory voltage should be... I just dont get it.

SPECS:
PSU: Rosewill 500 watt micro/atx psu
MOBO: Abit AN-M2HD
Processor: AMD Athlon X2 Brisbane 5000+ oced 3.0ghz (65 watts)
Memory: Corsair TWIN2X2048-6400C5DHX
HD: Some 160 gig Seagate drive
Graphics: EVGA Nvidia 8800 GT 512 PCI-E card
CASE: NZXT Lexa Blackline

Hi CFriese and welcome to the forum

Lets clear some things up if you can't see the screen are you sure it's booting?
Normally with all the memory removed it should power on spin the fans, beep from the motherboard speaker and hang without posting.
Does your motherboard or case have a system speaker?

Looking at your specs the PSU is a little small for an 8800GT and not very good quailty
I would start there do you have one to swap in even if it's smaller since you have onboard video you could use it test that way.
