OCZ 1000 Watt ProXStream ATX Power Supply

Well, I just bought one of these to power a new video card I got. I plugged in all the cables and such of the new powersupply where my old ones were. However, when I hit the switch, nothing happened. Between me and two other guys, we checked, many times, all the connections for looseness. We also took the new psu out, put the old back in [to make sure we didn't fry anything], then put the new back in. No luck for me.

My comp's stats:
Processor: AMD Athlon(tm) 64 X2 Dual Core Processor 3800+ (2 CPUs), ~2.0GHz
Memory: 2046MB RAM
Hard Drive: 239 GB
Video Card: NVIDIA GeForce 8600 GT [old]
NVIDIA GeForce 9800 GX2 [new, the one I am trying to install]

Any advice or clues would be greatly appreciated. There is only one thing that we could not figure out and that is what voltage it should be plugged into [the psu]. There was no switch to change it between 115 and 220, that we could find.

I believe it's auto sensing on input voltage. Have you tried to start it by jumping the green wire to ground?

Test your power supply with a multi meter
