Building an extreme computer need advice on PSU

I want to build a new computer: heres what I wanted:

Processor: Intel Q9450
CasE: Antec 900
Videocard: SAPPHIRE HD 3870
4 Gigs of Ram propably be DDR3 ram.
I'm wanting to buy the new Asus Rampage Extreme when it comes out, or might get another board about the same type.
I will also get a pretty decent CPU fan because I want to overclock that beast.

What power supply should I get, How many power do I need and what do you guys recommend? I want something energy efficient also cuz man my electricity bill would cost a lot of money if it wasnt.

Thanks.

850W @ $259

also 850W but a good bit cheaper (200). Not sure if it's made by seasonic or not.

For proper support: what are you running? video card, cpu, m/board, ram, power supply, brand, wattage, any error message?
PCI-E requires 26 amps at 12 volts. That's a 650W PSU.
