Your English is very good lol, better than mine almost :D
Well the minimum PSU you need for a Geforce 6600gt is 300W so your covered there, but it depends what else you are running in your PC (hard drives, disk drives, RAM, fans ect) You always want to add about 100 - 200W extra than the minumum though. Seeing as it happens when you push your card, it sounds like an overheating problem. Most of the time when a componant reaches dangerous tempretures, the PC will shut down to avoid permanant damage. Do you have many fans in your PC? You can use this tool to check the tempreture of your componants... Everest Home Edition: http://www.lavalys.com/ When you install it, on the left bar click the "sensors" tab. This will give you the temp of all your main componants, the "AUX" is your graphics card.
