Dual Channel help

I've got 2 gigs of Crucial RAM ( http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16820148076 ) on my ECS GF7050VT-M mobo ( http://www.ecsusa.com/ECSWebSite/Pro...uID=44&LanID=9 ). The sticks are obviously matched since I bought them together, but they are still running in single channel mode.

This is my first time ever building a computer so I don't know that much, but the only things I can figure are either
a) My BIOS only allows me to set the DIMM voltage to 2.0 (the RAM goes up to 2.2) or,
b) The RAM is not on the "Qualified Vendor List" from my mobo manual.

I'm hoping neither of these are the case because it seems like I won't be able to fix the problem if they are, could you guys help me out here?

Re: Dual Channel help

Most of today's motherboards are very picky when it comes to RAM. I experienced problems when I installed RAM that was not on the motherboard's QVL. I suggest replacing your RAM with a brand listed on the QVL. Newegg is good when it comes to replacing items. Also, do not replace with RAM that has a voltage that exceeds the motherboards RAM voltage adjustments.
In summary stick to the motherboard's manual (esp. RAM specs.) to have a happy motherboard.

Good Luck,
