Power Supply Error Message

I keep having a couple error messages pop up. I have no idea what it means or why it is coming up. Any help would be appreciated.
Here is the message

sounds like CPU socket has lost power. IS the ATX 20/24 pin connection fully connected, as well as the 4 pin connector above the CPU?

For proper support: what are you running? graphics, cpu, m/board, ram, PSU brand wattage
PCI-E requires 26 amps at 12 volts. That's a 650W PSU.

I thought they were in but I reconnected them anyway and so far I haven't had the message pop up. Thank you very much! I still am having an issue with downloading my audio driver. I don't have any sound and all my drivers downloaded and the realtek audio fails everytime... Do you have any ideas about that? Thanks a lot.
