Voltage ranges
Hi all, I've just recently built my own pc for the first time
![]() I haven't installed an OS yet, but I just wanted to check something. My 12v voltage, in the bios, reads 12.49. Is this too high, or is that acceptable? Thanks. |

Re: Voltage ranges
You have a 5% leeway on voltages. Otherwise, the +12 can range from 11.4 to 12.6 and be considered normal. I don't like it to vary that much on either end. Most are never exactly on 12.0
