Grinding Scraping Noise coming from PSU...

I just got my CoolerMaster eXtreme 600w psu and i booted up my new build, installed everything, and it all looks good. The only problem is that my PSU is making a lot of noise. It's the grinding and scraping noise that some PSU's make, and I was wondering how I could fix it. I heard about the paper trick but can someone emphasize on it?

I hate to rain on your parade; but : the extreme power is "extreme" JUNK

when it comes to power supplies the old adage "you get what you pay for" never rings more true !

now the coolermaster REAL POWER PRO thats another story, that a high quality unit

send that boat ancor back to the vendor and throw in a few more $$$ and get a power plant that can handle the job ........... its the same ole story, "pay me now or pay me later" and later costs even more $$$$$$$$ thats why I use Seasonic in my rigs ......... I hate buying motherboards, memory, hard drives twice !!
