RAM problem plz help......!!!
i have two diff. RAMs ,512mb>333Mhz DDR400 and 128mb>266Mhz DDR. But my Motherboard supports only DDR266 mhz. is it ok to mix these two RAMs. will it effect the speed cause i have problems running some games that recomends RAM 512mb.
my system spec: Intel(R) celeron(R)1.80GHz |

it will be fine to mix them / the PC3200 will drop down ot the slower speed needed by your motherboard
the only catch "may" be if your motherboard will accept a 512mb stick ??? some older systems didnt like sticks over 256mb in size ??? if you already have the memory / then give it a whirl if you are thinking of buying more memory / then look to the webistes of corsair, crucial, patriot, gskil, OCZ they all have memory selectors on their websites
