Hi
my pc confirgution mb d101 intel dual cor procesor 2.6 2*512 ram 80 gb my problem is that when i am instaling any oprating system then during instalation my pc shutdown but when i am removing one ram and after that instaling os then it is working so please reply me as soon as possible |

most likely you have a defective stick of ram
download and the bootable ISO file from memtest here http://www.memtest.org/#downiso then burn the ISO file to a CD (burn does not mean copy!) then boot the computer to the bootable memtest CD and run it; this will show any memory errors which may occur run the memtest while you computer has only one stick of memory; run the test for two hours or until you see reported errors whichever comes first then try the other stick if any errors are found you will need to replace that stick of memory
