Exclamation Hard to Solve...

Hey everyone, having a few issues with my machine. First, some specs to work with:

eVga 680i mobo w/ e6600@ 3.0GHZ on TEC cooling (stable OC for 1 year)
2x2GB (4GB) Crucial Ballistix PC-6400 unlinked and running stock
2x150GB Raptors on RAID-0
PC Power&Cooling Quad Silencer 750W PSU
Vista x64 Home Premium

I don't believe the issue to be my CPU as it is running 27c at full load, but mentioned it none-of-the-less.

So my problem; I am running into a general fault BSOD every 4-7 days at random. Sometimes it is a system file (NTFS.sys - PAGING FILE ERROR). Sometimes it is just a memory fault 00000000x024, etc.

This leads me to believe RAM is at fault. However, here is where it gets a little odd. I run memtest, producing 100 errors in only a span of 30 seconds. After shutting the machine off to test a single stick of RAM, it passes multiple times. Bad slot, mobo? I turn the machine off and place both sticks as they were, running memtest with multiple passes. The problem will not appear again for 4-7 days - even running 24 hours of Orthos or Prime95 to stress the system.

The only other part I could blame is the PSU, hence the complete shutoff and reseating of the RAM clearing the problem. I wanted to get some second opinions before I go in for the RMA process. Thanks in advance for any help.
