Pc Not Booting Up

Hi All,

I was wondering if someone could help. I have a dell dimension 5100 running xp home. The other day I was working on the PC and the screen went blank with the no signal error message. The PC still had power to it but there was nothing on the screen. This has happened a few times in the past but I assumed it was the screen rather then the pc. I rebooted, but now the PC will not boot up. It turns on, but gives out a beeping sound and then nothing. The diagnostic lights on the pc alternate between 1&3 and 3&4. the pc did get to the windows logon screen once since but again, there was no signal, even the keyboard seems to loose power. the capslock, numlock etc.. lights do not come on. I would appreciate any help with this. Thanks
