power supply sufficient?

Good day i have built a other gamming pc ,what iwould like to know if the power supply is large enough, i have 3hard drives ,1 300 g and 2 80 g,1 video card 8600 gt 1 floopy ,2 dvd /cd burners,2sticks of ram SDR 400 Pc 3200,amd 3500+ cpu,3 fans 80mm and 1 120mm ,power supply is a antec 850 watts true power supply,and 1 500g exterior hard drive i was told i need a larger power supply is this so thanks for your time.:dont know
