Will this RAM be the right one?

Hi,

I am currently upgrading my friends laptop and i reccomended him a RAM upgrade. I got his laptop make and model number and googled it. On a website it gave me these specs:

-----Ram------
-----Installed Size: 256 MB / 2 GB (max)-----

-----Technology: DDR SDRAM------

I have searched for the RAM on ebuyer and came up with this,
http://www.ebuyer.com/product/66387

Is this the right type of RAM? Im just asking becuase i don't want to let him down. And, how come it is so expensive? Ive seen 1gb of laptop RAM for £15.

since you did not provide the laptop info, there is absolutely no way to answer your question. go to crucial.com and either run their scanner tool or input the laptop info into their advisor and it will tell you what is needed.
