Arrow Is it Ram problem


Is it RAM problem that my computer faces? No window opens in it except firefox and my computer. sometimes even that doesn't work. I had bought a new RAM and problem started with it. I have to restart my computer 5 times when it works like it should.
Processor:2.40GHZ
RAM:512MB
Hard disk:80GB
OS:windows XP Professional

Check that you're running the correct timings and voltage for your new RAM. If they're set up correctly then take out every stick except for a single new one and run Memtest86 from my sig for 2 passes. Any errors means it's bad, RMA it.
