My monitor of the computer is shuts down

My monitor of the computer is shuts down after 1st loading Windows. After restart of the computer there's the problem of loading the programm of professional sound card. After the 3rd time it loads usually propertly, but sometimes it shuts down (the monitor) for a few seconds or gets complicated with resolution of display. I have avast antivirus and AVG antivirus - they bouth don't find anything. Where could I look for a problem?

you should only have1 antivirus installed.
check the device manager for any yellow flags.

CPU 3.00GHz 2.00 GB of Ram
video card I think PCI express, I didn't check
I check for yellow flags - everything is ok
