Cry psu issue?

My computer doesnt boot up soemtimes. When I hit the power button I see the green light turn on and the red light flash, and the fans turn on. But it doesnt boot up, and nothing comes up on the monitor. I have to hit the reset button a few times and then it will power up (sometimes that doesnt work and I have to keep switching it on and off).

I figured I needed a new PSU since I added a new 500gb HD, video card and soundcard, so I bought a coolermaster 750watt psu.

But I still have the same problem...
