First unplug all hdd's except the boot drive and see if you can get into windows, if nogo then unplug the boot drive and run the "Mersenne Prime Test" from the ubcd and report back.
what I am interested in is if the computer will run this test without fail, say for 8 hours or so, if it fails its something other then the hdd's. The ram seems fine so this may narrow it own some more. BTW when you run the test disconnect all usb devices except your mouse and keyboard |
