Continous Beeping

I seem to be having continuous beeps ever since I installed an additional 1GB ram to my existing 1GB the problem only arises when any game is being played.I think it is caused by low power supply.

What is the problem here? I use a 450W SMPS.

Re: Continous Beeping

Are the memory specs the same on both memory chips?

Are you running it in dual channel mode?

Re: Continous Beeping

Yes the memory is running in dual channel mode interleaved. There are no other problems no blue screens the beeping only starts when some game is played and it comes and goes comes and goes.It is not constant.

Both RAMs are 667MHz both are from the same company.

My OS is XP 64 bit edition.
