Pc Not Booting
Hi,
Just built a media center and everthing seems ok apart from one thing, When I want to start up the computer and i press the power button on computer , everythin powers up but nothin on the screen so i have to power off at mains plug and press power button again and it boots up fine whats my problem? Thanks |

Considering that you are getting the screen to work at second boot sounds that you are connected to the correct VGA port.
Can you clarify that when you power up first time, you do not see anything? meaning no bios screen or F2 to go in bios? You could Check the boot order and make sure HD is first to boot, also make sure that all cards are pushed in properly. Are you using Media Centre remote keyboard and mouse? if so disable the mouse and keyb detection at boot time in the bios |
