mysterious power failure / restart

Pls help My PC works fine for about ten minutes and then just clicks off and restarts!!

these are alll the things Ive tried to remedy the problem..
checked the Ram / swapped the RAM
swapped the power supply
swapped graphics card
disconnected all unessential hardware ie extra hard drive, floppy etc..
disconnected the power switch
reinstalled XP
reconfigured the boot up options
booted in safe mode

I'll get the exact specs for my comp and post them here because I know people will want them..also when I shut the comp down the power switch clicks but the comp freezes in the final shut down screen - pls help as IM in Thailand and the IT guys out here dont cut the mustard - when one of the came out to my house I had to force him to wear an ESD wristband..he didnt even know what ESD was...

Re: mysterious power failure / restart

OK Ive just checked the forums and found a prob exactly like mine - solution equals something to do with upping the voltages supplied to the RAM ..Ill give that a go... posts still welcome for any ideas though...
