Not Enough Juice
Hello, I play alot of cod4 and recently ever once and awhile my pc will freeze. And my game will remove all textures and I have to restart in order for to fix it. But today it happened, and it flashed a blue screen of death really quick and said something about a kernel... After restarting, I jumped back into the game and it froze right away but didn't show the blue screen. Had to restart once again, and then finally stopped play for the day. I was starting to think that my psu isnt giving enough power. Also whenever I tap my computer case hard enough my computer will restart, do you think i have a short?

Re: Not Enough Juice
So I guess, my psu can't handle the demands from my system, because when I look at this ASUS program that checks voltages, temps, and fan rpms, it shows a few voltages for my northbridge and others being in red as that might suggest that my psu isn't given enough power? So should I just buy a 750W and be good to go?
Thanks for the help. |
