Question Power up problem...

Hi all im new to this site as i have just started studying for MCDST. Recently iv been trying to sort out a few machines an keep running into silly little problems so hope this site and its members can help me..

Have a machine here that needed cleaned out as it was running very slow and the usual stuff. it would turn itself off within a minute of starting up, sometimes longer 10-15mins.

When i got it running long enuf i removed the current anti-virus software, I ran spybot and installed McAfee on it then scanned it. had the machine going well but it still turned itself off.
Now when i switch it on it powers down within seconds. I replaced the power supply with a new one last nite and it still wont start up.

There is no way of accessing the bios so i reckon its a hardware fault of some sort. Can anyone shed any light on this issue i have?

Thanks
