Memory and P5N-E SLi Problem

My system:
ASUS P5N-E SLi bios version. 0901
Intel Quad core 2.4 Ghz
4 GB PC2-6400 800mhz DDR2 - Corsair XMS2 5-5-5-12
EVGA Geforce 8600GT 512MB
Windows Vista Home Premium 64-Bit
500 GB Sata Hard drive

Problem is with 4 - 1 GB sticks running at 800mhz, the computer will startup to a black screen and it will not have a video signal. If I remove ANY single stick of memory it will startup and run fine.

Now if I have all 4 sticks in the board and change the bios to run the memory at 667mhz, the system will boot and run fine.

If I wanted memory running at 667mhz I would have bought 667mhz memory.

Any and all help would be greatly appreciated.
