Continius Ram failure

hi

I'm using an AMD Athlon xp 1.2 Ghz based computer. using Asus main board. My problem is that, I get my RAM modules burn ! (fails completely !) Upto now I have hand to replace arround 4 Rams in 6 months. I have added some extra Fans to cool my system since it works long hours. I what to figure out why does this happens so frequently.

I use Kingston Memory DDR1.

welcome
take the side off
blow out any dust
inspect the mainboard for any bulged or leaking capacitors
make sure the ram isnt overclocked, in the bios, check that the ram is on auto or spd.

what power supply is installed? the info is on the side of the supply.

Also,

when you buy another stick of ram, try another ram slot.
