That Neo He power supply is a very good one and should run this rig without difficulty. The thing you have in my opinion, is that you will have locked yourself in so that with only a 550 (even a good quality one like the Neo HE) so that it would be pushing it and gambling to upgrade in the near future. If this were mine, I would go for at least an Antec Trio 650, and if you really want to allow more room for future upgrades, take a look at the Thermaltake "Toughpower" 750.
