PROBLEM: The ony way that I can get my computer to re-start after being in hibernation is to use the power button. All that I had to do before was simply move the mouse. Has any one else had this problem and if so how did you fix it.

Thanks a million. I found the problem. It was Spyware Blaster. I removed it and now hibernate works as it should. THANKSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS !!!!!!!!!!!!
