Trying to figure out if this memory will work...
Hey all, I am interested in buying http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=2206874&sku=C13-2022
I have an AGP motherboard and I have no idea how to check how many memory slots or anything I have, can someone tell me how to do that? Or is there some information I can give you that will show you whether I can or cannot put it in my computer and make it work? I currently have 1024GB, and I would really like to double that. |

Re: Trying to figure out if this memory will work...
Here is a solution
![]() Use 4AllMemory's [Check My System] applet. They will download a small, temporary, applet that will read your motherboard and return a WEB page showing what you already have (including empty memory slots) and memory upgrades that are an exact match to your motherboard. Highly suggest you print and file this page for the future. NOTE: I do not work for 4AllMemory nor have any affiliation with them. The problem with many written memory specifications is, they tend to be missing data, and your memory must be an exact match to your motherboard.
