Ram not running at 800mhz, could use some assistance.

This is the ram that I currently have:
http://www.ocztechnology.com/product...lexxlc_edition

I have had it for quite a while, and recently saw in cpu-z that each stick was running at 400mhz. It says this on the RAM information page:

Under standard voltage operating conditions, these modules are rated at CAS latency 4. On nForce chipset-based motherboards with support for Enhanced Performance Profile (EPP) memory, the EPP profile specifies 2.4V supply voltage at which CAS latency 3 operation at 800MHz can be achieved without problems.

I have an Asus Crosshair, which If i'm not mistaken uses an nForce chipset.

I think that my RAM is running at 3 cas latency, because in my RAM information within cpu-z it says that my SPD Ext. is EPP, and below that it displays a timings table, under EPP#1 it says, 400mhz, 3.0 cas latency, then 4-4-15 for the rest of the timings. However, in the overall memory page, it tells me I have 2 gigs, and that the timings are 5-5-5-15 with 401.8mhz

I'm a bit confused about everything, to know if it's working correctly or not. So if anyone could help me figure out why it says my ram is only running at 400mhz, I would really appreciate it.

Well that clears that up, but how do I know if my memory is running at the correct timings, 3-4-4-15 because it seems like cpu-z says 5-5-5-15

According to what I have read, I must use the Enhanced Performance
Profile to achieve 3-4-4-15 timings, does anyone know how I go about enabling this?

On slide number four we see that when memory modules have EPP programmed into the SPD that they will be automatically optimized for the highest level of memory performance if that option is set in the BIOS. The end user will be able to enable and disable the feature "SLI Memory" in the BIOS of many AMD AM2 boards that we have seen.
