Emachine T2042 Memory
I have an emachine T2042 With 128 mb ddr (P2100). My mother in-law bought me 1gb ddr (PC3200). Will my emachine run this. What is the difference, is it just the speed? If so, will the memory card lag a little? That would be fine, because it is a gig. Motherboard handles 2 gb of ram. Thanks for in advance. Any questions just ask.

Re: Emachine T2042 Memory
Should work fine . . be sure to take the 128 out to avoid timing conflicts. 1Gig should make it run very well . . particuallrly if you are used to using 128
