STOP 0x000003EE Error, any ideas?

Hi all. Thank you to anyone who takes the time to read this.

I have a new computer, a Dell Vostro 200. Since the first day I got it I've been getting a blue screen with the STOP 0x000003EE error.

Oddly, it only seems to happen in the middle of the night.

Another time it had the error STOP 0x000008E instead.

Any thoughts/suggestions are greatly appreciated.

best thing i can say is call Dell and be switched around by being on Hold for 1 hour and then speak to an "special" agent for about 5 minutes.
"special" = dumb@$$.
