RAM MHz?

I am going to be getting a new desktop soon. HP lets you customize the RAM, and everything else about it before you buy it. So when I get to the part where I can select the computers RAM, two of my options are:

4GB DDR2-667MHz dual channel SDRAM (4x1024)
4GB DDR2-800MHz dual channel SDRAM (4x1024)

Both of them costing exactly the same.

So which one should I go with? Is more or less MHz better?
