Question lost memory

i have a problem downloading my internet software. what happened is, i rebooted my computer and moved it to another room. somehow in the process, i lost 32 mb of ram from my driver. my tower is an AOPEN model 6426. any helpful hint's, would be much appreciated.

you will need to make sure your memory sticks are secure in your motherboard, after you unplug the computer.

you need to open the case and make sure all cables, cards, memory and such are still plugged in properly. Sometimes moving will knock things loose.
