Finding out ur pc's power supply

lookin to get a new graphics card an need to know the wattage of my PSU, i opened it up and it says this on it, so is this 321W?



AC Input 115V - 6A 60hz 230V - 3a 50hz


DC Output +3.3V / +5V / +12V / -5V / +5VSB / +5VSB / COM / PS ON / PG / 20A / 27A / 10A / 0.8A / 0.5A / 2A / PUR / BLK / GRN / GRY


OLP - BUILT IN


TOTAL OUTPUT OF +3.3V AND +5V SHALL NOT EXCEED 201W +3, +5V AND 12V
TOTAL OUTPUT POWER MAX IS 321w

550watt [minimum] or 650 antec trio is needed.

Personally I would have went with either Antec, silverstone, seasonic, PC Power and cooling as you really only get what you pay for.
