Broken PSU?

I used to have a Antec Smartpower 500w but after a huge brownout it made a loud high pitched squealing so I had to replace it. I purchased an Antec Earthwatts 500w and a little bit after starting up my computer I noticed a weird noise coming from the headphones so I decided to check the voltages.

I used speedfan, and right now it's showing:

+3.3 -- 3.25
+5 -- 4.89
+12 -- 12.03

-12 -- -1.99
-5 -- -8.78
+5 -- 4.84
vbat -- 3.02

The -12 and -5 look really messed up, is this normal?

Re: Broken PSU?

The voltages are fine, I would not worry about the -5 and -12 as modern computers don't use these and speed fan is problably reporting them wrong
