Buying new RAM. Compatability questions.

I am thinking of buying this RAM.

I already have this RAM:

And this MoBO:

Are these chips compatable?
Whats the deal with voltages? (Do I need to change anything?)

Here's what you do:

Take the old memory out and put it to one side
Put one of the new sticks in the slot closest to the heatsink
Put the other new stick in the third slot from the heatsink
Fill the remaining slots with your old memory

Thats how I would do it, but are my sticks compatable? And do I need to fiddle with voltages? (I have no idea what im talking about with voltages...)

No you shouldn't unless you are overclocking them.

Yes they are compatible, if you are still in doubt get them off www.crucial.com.

Another pointer:

When going for RAM, latency is better than speed for gaming; so instead of going for PC2-6400 (speed) CL4/5 (latency), go for PC2-5300 CL3.
