Question No power! PC totally dead!

Hi,
I have one of the old viglen genie c4 lie down pc's. It used to belong to a friend but kept crashing on him (faulty ram) and whilst it was open and running he decided to flick the voltage switch on the power supply from 230 to 115 and it died! Now it just wont come back on, am I wasting my time with this thing or is it repairable? (I have a spare psu if that will be any good)
