Hp Ram

I Got a 512 HP RAM Stick Here, I Just Have No Idea If It's DDR, SD, DDr II So On & So Forth, How Can I Find Out Without Running About Asking Everyone If I Can Rip There Tower Open To Insert This Ram?

count the pins on the memory (both sides of the stick ) where it would make contact with the memory socket on the motherboard


184 pins = DDR

240 pins = DDR2
