weird PSU connector

hey guys ive jsut bought a Antec 550W Neo HE and ive got a connector which o dont know what it is and where it goes in the booklet it says its for duel core which im upgrading to soon and i dont have a 8 pin connection on my mobo? here are 2 pictures of it.
