Computer Automatically Turns Off

I need expert opinion pleaaaase!!

My PC had been turning off automatically sometimes after an hour or sometimes just after 5 mins.

Opened the case. And found that the network card is really hot! Went out, bought one and replaced it. I also bought a video card.

A week has passed and it has been OKAY. But after that, it starts turning off automatically again!

system: win xp sp2
computer: intel pentium 4 cpu 2.40GHz
2.39 GHz 768 of RAM

what should be the next step please???
