I own a Phillips GUS10 - Iqon Pc with Micro-star MS-7071 motherboard. I recently changed PSU and now when I switch PC on monitor immediatly switches to standby mode.
Can anyone shed any light ? |

post your system specs including the details on the power supply
would suspect either you have not connected one of the power leads or the psu supplies insufficient power to run the system

Try this...I removed the battery from the motherboard, which stores some info, when removed and replaced, while the pc is switched off ! (making sure the switch is off at the wall + or if there isnt a switch unplug pc) it resets some memory.
This worked for me, you will have to re apply the date and time but my pc now goes straight to windows where before it just went straight to standby and nothing would respond. |
