Memory Speed

I have an MSI K9NBPM2-FID motherboard and an AMD Athlon 64 4600+ Dual Core processor.
What would be the best memory speed for this combination?

Re: Memory Speed

The max your motherboard supports is DDR2 800Mhz. So Around 2GB of Corsair/OCZ/Kingston Ram ( Thats DDR2 800 ) would be the best, Or you could go up to 4GB depending on Money.
