About how powerful of a PSU...

I'm looking to buy a new PSU for my computer after having a lot of trouble with my old one. Basically I had an Aspire PSU (yeah yeah, I know..) for a while and it blew, so I bought a new PSU..exact same model and company (again..I know..). The fans went out on that one after a month and I had it RMA'd. I have the replacement sitting at home, but I've realized...I REALLY don't want to put anything Aspire into my system ever again. So I'm curious, how powerful of a PSU would I need for a computer with these components:

AMD 3400+ CPU
Geforce 6800 AGP
1 Gig Ram
1 CD burner
1 DVD drive
case has 2 fans
ethernet card PCI
sound card PCI
mobo with NForce 4

I don't plan to upgrade the system at all, since it's a socket 754 mobo and CPU. Would you recommend any specific PSU?
