HP a510n PSU question
Hello All !!
First post here. Ive been in the IT field for 10+ years so Im a tad imbarrased about this issue. ![]() I have a HP a510n that im attempting to replace the power supply in. The original PSU wouldnt fire the system up unless I left it plugged in and waited 10 minutes or so before hitting the power button. Obviously has one or more failing caps in it. So I installed a clone 350W ATX psu and all I get are spinning fans and long beeps. ![]() Thinking maybe that PSU was bad I installed a Known Good Antec truepower 450. Same thing !!! Put the old psu in and as before after 10 or so minutes the system powers up just fine. Obviously the have a proprietary pinout. ![]() Anybody here know the pinout of the ATX connector ?? |
