Dell Optiplex 270 and 280 - 2 RAM Slots?
I am doing a RAM upgrade on my 7 workstation network, however, can't really bring the network down to open up the boxes and be positive that i've got 2 RAM slots to work with.
Can somebody confirm for me that these two brands (Optiplex 270, 280) have 2 RAM Slots? We need to upgrade to 2G and ideally would like to do two 1G sticks. Thanks for the help! |

According to Crucial they both have 2 dimm slots and can handle 1GB modules. (The 280 can actually handle 2GB modules) The 270 takes DDR while the 280 takes DDR2.
