UPS selection
Hello. i would like some guidelines for selecting a good UPS unit.
my system is an amd x2 4600+, 3GB daul channel, radeon x1600 silent / 512mb, 2 hdd, 1 dvdw and a few other small consumers. all these are powered by a 500W Thermaltake TR2. i would like to know what VA rating should i get (i was thinking something like 800 or 850), but i really have no ideea what brands should i look after (the only ones i know about are apc, which are extremly expensive and mustek which i don't like at all). |

Re: UPS selection
you coulkd get by with a unit that has 700 watts of output or more
be careful >>> the numbers 800 and such do not represent the watts they will put out >>>> research carefully before you buy
