Re: BSOD think its RAM?

Could be anything really, many times faulty RAM.

When handling the RAM, keep one hand on the unpainted bare metal of the case. Do this before touching and keep cloth/es, paper, carpet away from the RAM. Don't keep a hand on the carpet and you should be fine. Handle RAM only by it's outer edges (four corners).

You can put your case on the carpet if you want, with the covered side facing the ground and the opened side facing you. That'll be fine.

Re: BSOD think its RAM?

Wrong. I just tested my second one in the first slot where the other one was and ran ok. And the second one gave me erorrs. So I think we found the problem.

If you mean the good stick yea. Its the only one in right now I took the bad one out. The bad one booted as well but I took it out so i can at least play my games. I'll be talking to ABS soon to talk about replacing the bad stick.

Also heres a pic of memtest86+ on the bad ram in first slot, the good ram didnt have no errors to the same point as the picture.

Re: BSOD think its RAM?

hmm.. not all the case is the RAM problem.. but i suggest u take out each ram and reinsert it back again see if it can solve the prob.. if not i suspect that it should be the HDD error already.
