3 gb or 2

Hey.
Building a new PC for gaming.
Should i go with Corsair 3x Corsair 1gb pc 5300 DDR2
or
GeiL DDRII 800 Dual Channel 2x1Gb Heat Spreader CAS 5 5-5-15
or
GeIL 2048MB (2 x 1024MB) PC2-6400 800Mhz DDR2 RAM - 4-4-4-12 Ultra Series for the extra $50 or whatever it is.
Any better ideas?
